Unlike most other companies, ACE does an amazing job of providing some basic packages that help the consumer get a very clear sense upfront about just what is being installed in their home, and how much it’s going to cost them. Their two main packages have the same monitoring fee of $35 a month, but package one will cost $99 to install, and package two will cost $199 to install. Because of this very economical price, one can assume that the customer is not buying this equipment upfront, but simply leasing it from ACE. There is a 60 month contract that comes with both of these packages, and the customer should note that this is really quite long, and there’s no mention of any warranty during this 60 months. Unfortunately, ACE services do not include the replacement of batteries once they should fail, and the customer will need to pay an extra fee to have this service performed. Should you have cellular backup monitoring added to your package, it will cost an additional $20 a month. For the most part, this is a very good price for a wireless system, and ACE will take care of everything from evaluation, to installation, and finally monitoring and maintenance services.
